All prices are quoted in Indian rupee (INR) and are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise prices are GST inclusive. Avitus India will issue a Tax Invoice for all purchases.

RETURNS POLICY

If you received koffee that was not as per what you ordered (e.g. wrong product type, wrong grind), we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via sales@kapikoffee.com

If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we’ll exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 4 working days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance.) For applicable returns, please contact sales@kapikoffee.com with your name, purchase order and reason for the return. Please return the goods within 3 days from the delivery of the ship date. Goods must be returned in their packaging.

WARRANTIES

For equipment faults after 3 days, please refer to your equipment product warranty and contact the equipment manufacturer/distributor directly. By using this site, you acknowledge that I shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site. The contents of this site are without warranties of any kind.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Avitus India endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.
